"Hot Stuff Chapter" opens in Safford
Daughters of the American Revolution
in the Gila Valley
State DAR officers gathered together for the formation of a new
chapter. During the official meeting, members took the oath of
membership, officers were installed, and gifts were exchanged.
Members of the new chapter presented the visiting state officers
with a local favorite - salsa. One of those officers quipped that the
Safford group would be remembered as the "Hot Stuff Chapter!"
